We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join the LA team and to continue growing business in West Coast.
• Drive sales to meet both personal and team goals as assigned (actively selling in both areas of business: home & fine jewelry).
• Develop a repeat-business client base in order to regularly communicate upcoming events, new merchandise and product to increase incremental sales
• Partner with Retail Director to identify business driving opportunities
• Responsible for contributing and participating in marketing and outreach opportunities in and outside 4-walls
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the space, including visual/merchandising standards
High school diploma or equivalent. College education preferred, but not required.
3-4 years luxury sales experience preferred.
Must be able to build relationships and work well with others. Ability to set and achieve goals. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Computer/technology savvy required; must have good phone and email etiquette; strong verbal/written communication.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends based on store needs.
